Viswanathan Diabetes Research Centre, Chennai' Effective April 2010.</h1> The corrigendum to Notification No. 40/2009, issued by the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, Central Board of Direct Taxes, amends a previous notification regarding the name of an approved organization. The name 'Diabetes Research Centre Foundation, Chennai' is corrected to 'Prof. M. Viswanathan Diabetes Research Centre, Chennai,' effective from April 1, 2010. This change was published in the Gazette of India under S.O. number 1202 on May 9, 2009.
