of <h1>Jharkhand Tax Dept Updates Anti-Profiteering Committee: New Principal and Additional Commissioners Appointed.</h1> The notification from the Commercial Taxes Department of Jharkhand, dated October 31, 2019, amends the previous notification concerning the State-level Screening Committee on Anti-Profiteering. It replaces Shri Mihir Kumar with Sri Satyendra Kumar Singh as the Principal Commissioner CGST & CX, Ranchi, and Sri Ajay Kumar Sinha with Sri Vijay Kumar Dubey as the Additional Commissioner of State Taxes. The changes are effective from the publication date in the Official Gazette. The notification is issued by the Secretary Cum-Commissioner of the Commercial Taxes Department, Jharkhand.
