of <h1>Jharkhand Amends GST Notification to Include Aerated Water; Effective October 1, 2019, for Public Interest.</h1> The Government of Jharkhand has amended Notification No. 02/2019-State Tax (Rate) dated April 26, 2019, under the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, effective from October 1, 2019, introduces a new entry, '2A. 2202 10 10 Aerated Water,' into the annexure of the original notification. The amendment is made in the public interest following the recommendations of the Council. The notification was issued by the Commercial Taxes Department and authorized by the Secretary-cum-Commissioner of Jharkhand.
