of <h1>Puducherry GST Act amended: Notification date changed from August 21 to November 21, 2019, effective retroactively.</h1> The Government of Puducherry has issued a notification amending G.O. Ms. No. 35, dated August 5, 2019, under the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, made by the Lieutenant-Governor on the Council's recommendation, changes the date in the original notification from '21st day of August, 2019' to '21st day of November, 2019.' This amendment is deemed effective from August 21, 2019, as per the order by the Development Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government (Finance).
