of <h1>Gujarat extends FORM GST CMP-08 deadline for July-September 2019 quarter to October 22 u/s 148.</h1> The Government of Gujarat has extended the deadline for submitting FORM GST CMP-08 for the July-September 2019 quarter by four days, moving it from October 18, 2019, to October 22, 2019. This amendment is made under section 148 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following recommendations from the Council. The notification was issued by the Finance Department on October 25, 2019, and is effective retroactively from October 18, 2019.
