of <h1>Delhi GST Update: New Entry for Aerated Water Added to Notification No. 02/2019 Effective October 1, 2019.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 02/2019-State Tax (Rate) dated September 12, 2019, under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Issued by the Finance (Revenue-1) Department of Delhi, it adds a new entry, '2A. 2202 10 10 Aerated Water,' to the Annexure of the original notification. This amendment, recommended by the Council and deemed necessary in the public interest, is effective from October 1, 2019. The amendment is authorized by the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi and documented by the Deputy Secretary, A. K. Singh.
