of <h1>Chhattisgarh Enforces GST Rules 10, 11, 12, and 26 from Sept 24, 2019, u/s 164 Authority.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh, through its Commercial Tax Department, has issued Notification No. 42/2019-State Tax, declaring the enforcement of rules 10, 11, 12, and 26 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019. This enforcement is effective from September 24, 2019, under the authority granted by section 164 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification was officially published on September 30, 2019, in Naya Raipur, Atal Nagar, by order of the Governor of Chhattisgarh.
