of <h1>Madhya Pradesh Extends GST Deadline from July 31 to August 31, 2019, Effective Retroactively u/s 148.</h1> The State Government of Madhya Pradesh, exercising its powers under section 148 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended a previous notification dated 29th June 2019. The amendment changes the deadline in paragraph 2 from '31st day of July, 2019' to '31st day of August, 2019.' This amendment is effective retroactively from 29th July 2019. The order was issued by the Commercial Tax Department, Mantralaya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal, under the authority of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh.
