of <h1>Karnataka GST Amendment: New Entries for Tamarind & Eco-Friendly Tableware in Schedule from Oct 1, 2019.</h1> The Government of Karnataka has issued Notification No. 15/2019 to amend Notification No. 02/2017 under the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from October 1, 2019, the amendments involve updates to the Schedule in the original notification. Specifically, a new entry '57A' for 'Tamarind dried' is inserted after entry 57, and a new entry '114C' for 'Plates and cups made up of all kinds of leaves/flowers bark' is added after entry 114B. These changes are made on the recommendation of the Council and are published in the Karnataka Gazette.
