of <h1>Punjab Extends GSTR-1 Filing Deadline for Businesses Over Rs. 1.5 Crore Turnover for Oct 2019-Mar 2020 Period.</h1> The Government of Punjab's Department of Excise and Taxation has issued an order extending the deadline for registered persons with an aggregate turnover exceeding 1.5 crore rupees to furnish their GSTR-1 returns. This extension applies to the months from October 2019 to March 2020, allowing submissions until the eleventh day of the month following each respective month. The notification is made under the authority of the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and further details regarding the furnishing of returns under section 38 will be announced in the Official Gazette.
