of <h1>Karnataka Excludes Aerated Water Manufacturers from Composition Scheme under GST Act, Effective October 1, 2019.</h1> The Government of Karnataka has issued an amendment to Notification No. 14/2019-Central Tax, dated March 7, 2019, to exclude manufacturers of aerated waters from the composition scheme under the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, detailed in Notification No. FD 47 CSL 2017, dated September 30, 2019, adds a new entry for aerated waters in the existing notification. The change will take effect from October 1, 2019, as ordered by the Under Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, Karnataka.
