of <h1>Chhattisgarh Amends GST Notification: Adds Tamarind Dried, Leaf Plates & Cups to Tax Schedule, Effective October 1, 2019.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh has issued Notification No. 15/2019 to amend Notification No. 2/2017-State Tax (Rate) dated June 28, 2017, under the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, effective from October 1, 2019, includes additions to the tax schedule. Specifically, it introduces new entries for 'Tamarind dried' under serial number 57A and 'Plates and cups made up of all kinds of leaves/flowers/bark' under serial number 114C. These changes are made following the recommendations of the GST Council.
