of <h1>Goa Govt: File FORM GSTR-3B for Oct 2019-Mar 2020 online by 20th each month, starting Oct 9, 2019.</h1> The Government of Goa's Department of Finance has issued a notification specifying that the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the months from October 2019 to March 2020 must be submitted electronically via the common portal by the 20th day of the following month. Registered persons must settle their tax liabilities, including taxes, interest, penalties, fees, or any other amounts due under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, by debiting their electronic cash or credit ledger by the specified due date. This notification is effective from October 9, 2019.
