of <h1>Jharkhand Tax Notification Correction: 'FORM GST ITC-03' Replaced with 'FORM GST DRC-03' Retroactive to August 2019.</h1> The corrigendum to Notification No. 03/2019-State Tax (Rate), dated April 26, 2019, issued by the Commercial Taxes Department of Jharkhand, corrects references in the original document. Specifically, on page 11, line 34, and page 16, line 4, 'FORM GST ITC - 03' should be replaced with 'FORM GST DRC-03.' This correction is effective retroactively from August 30, 2019.
