of <h1>Haryana GST Amendment: New Tax Codes for Dried Tamarind and Leaf/Flower/Bark Plates Effective October 1, 2019.</h1> The Haryana Government's Excise and Taxation Department has issued an amendment to Notification No. 36/ST-2, dated June 30, 2017, under the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective October 1, 2019, the amendment introduces new entries to the Schedule. Specifically, serial number 57A is added for 'Tamarind dried' under code 0813, and serial number 114C is added for 'Plates and cups made up of all kinds of leaves/flowers/bark' under code 46. This amendment is enacted by the Governor of Haryana upon the Council's recommendation.
