of <h1>Delhi GST Act Amended: New Entry for Priority Sector Lending Certificates Retroactive from May 28, 2018.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 4/2017-State Tax (Rate) dated June 30, 2017, under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Issued by the Lt. Governor of Delhi, it introduces a new entry related to Priority Sector Lending Certificates, applicable to any registered supplier and recipient. This amendment is effective retroactively from May 28, 2018. The original notification was published in the Gazette of Delhi and was last amended by Notification No. 43/2017-State Tax (Rate) on November 28, 2017.
