Changes include modifications in various schedules: Schedule I (5%) omits and adds entries like marine fuel and wet grinders; Schedule II (12%) introduces items like woven bags and rail locomotives; Schedule III (18%) includes caffeinated beverages and modifies vehicle descriptions; Schedule IV (28%) adds caffeinated beverages; Schedule V (3%) and Schedule VI (0.25%) adjust entries for precious stones. The amendments take effect on October 1, 2019.
