Laxmi Priya, IAS, Joint Commissioner (State Tax), Enforcement I, Chennai, and Tmt. P. Hemavathi, Principal Commissioner, GST, Chennai North Commissionerate. The notification declares the constitution effective from 6th August, 2019 and is issued by the Principal Secretary to Government.
