The Committee aims to enhance the ease of doing business and corporate compliance, address emerging corporate issues, and optimize compliance requirements. It will analyze the nature of offences, propose settlement mechanisms, and suggest improvements for the National Company Law Tribunal and other statutory bodies. The Committee, comprising various experts and stakeholders, will submit its recommendations in phases over an initial tenure of one year.
