of <h1>Puducherry Amends GST Notification: '10th' Replaced with '20th' in Table and Annexure IV, Effective Retroactively.</h1> The Government of Puducherry has issued a notification amending Notification No. 11/2017-Puducherry GST (Rate) dated June 29, 2017. Exercising powers under various sections of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Lieutenant-Governor, following the Council's recommendations, has made changes to the notification. Specifically, in the table and Annexure IV, the figures and letters '10th' are replaced with '20th.' These amendments are retroactively effective from May 10, 2019. The notification is authorized by the Development Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government (Finance).
