of <h1>Andhra Pradesh Reconstitutes Authority for Advance Ruling under GST Act 2017 with New Member Structure.</h1> The Andhra Pradesh government has reconstituted the Andhra Pradesh Authority for Advance Ruling under the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The authority now includes two members: an Additional Commissioner of State Tax and a Joint Commissioner from the Customs Preventive Commissionerate. In case of any vacancy, it will be filled automatically by an officer appointed to the relevant posts. The authority will operate from the office of the Chief Commissioner of State Tax in Andhra Pradesh.
