of <h1>Andhra Pradesh GST Act 2017: Deadline for Composition Scheme Returns Extended to August 31, 2019.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh, under the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification 301 from the Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II) Department, originally dated May 16, 2019. This amendment, effective through G.O.Ms.No.397 dated September 13, 2019, changes the deadline for a specific procedure related to the filing of returns and payment of tax for certain registered persons opting for composition. The original deadline of July 31, 2019, is now extended to August 31, 2019, as per the revised notification.
