of <h1>Goa Govt Amends GST Notification, Changes Date from August to November 2019 u/s 164 of Goa GST Act.</h1> The Government of Goa has amended Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin (R&C) (101)/2804, originally dated 8th May 2019, under the Goa Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017. The amendment changes the date '21st day of August, 2019' to '21st day of November, 2019.' This amendment is effective from 20th August 2019, as per the authority granted by Section 164 of the Goa GST Act, and is issued in the public interest following the Council's recommendations. The notification was authorized by the Under Secretary of Finance and published on 27th August 2019.
