Revisional Authority designation under GST permits review of subordinate adjudicating orders effective from July 2017. The Chief Commissioner of State Tax is designated as the Revisional Authority to exercise revision under the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 over orders of subordinate adjudicating authorities; the designation is effective retrospectively from July 2017 and issued by the State Finance Department.
