of <h1>Delhi GST Registrants Get Extension to File FORM GSTR-10 Until December 31, 2018, for Cancellations Before September 30, 2018.</h1> Taxpayers in Delhi whose GST registration was cancelled on or before September 30, 2018, are granted an extension to file their final return in FORM GSTR-10 until December 31, 2018. This notification, issued by the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, is based on the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and its associated rules. The notification is effective from October 26, 2018, and was ordered by the Deputy Secretary of Finance.
