of <h1>Nagaland extends deadline for FORM GST CMP-08 submission to August 31, 2019, u/s 148 of GST Act 2017.</h1> The Government of Nagaland has issued a notification extending the deadline for submitting FORM GST CMP-08 for the quarter of April to June. Initially set for July 31, 2019, the new due date is now August 31, 2019. This extension is made under the authority of section 148 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following recommendations from the Council. The amendment modifies a previous notification dated April 23, 2019, issued by the Nagaland Finance Department.
