<h1>Odisha GST Order Extends Annual Return Filing Deadline to November 30, 2019, u/s 44 Due to Technical Issues.</h1> The Odisha Goods and Services Tax (Seventh Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2019, addresses technical issues faced by taxpayers in submitting their annual returns electronically for the financial year ending March 31, 2018. Under Section 44 of the Odisha GST Act, 2017, registered persons are required to file these returns by December 31 following the fiscal year. Due to difficulties in compliance, the deadline for submission has been extended from August 31, 2019, to November 30, 2019, as per the order issued by the State Government on the recommendation of the GST Council.
