of <h1>Ministry of Finance Corrects Error in Notification No. 03/2019-Central Excise (NT) Regarding Adjudication Reference.</h1> The corrigendum issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, corrects an error in Notification No. 03/2019-Central Excise (NT) dated 18th July 2019. The correction pertains to the adjudication reference in column (4) of the table, which should read 'Adjudication of SCN F. No. DRI/SRU/Inv-6/2008 dated 20.01.2009' instead of 'Adjudication of SCN F. No. DRI/BZU/F/04/2006 dated 13.05.2008.' This amendment is documented under reference F. No. 116/08/2019-CX-3 and was authorized by the Deputy Commissioner.
