of <h1>Haryana Extends FORM GST CMP-08 Submission Deadline to August 31, 2019, u/s 148 of GST Act 2017.</h1> The Haryana Government's Excise and Taxation Department issued a notification amending a previous notification to extend the deadline for submitting FORM GST CMP-08 for the quarter of April to June 2019. The original deadline of July 31, 2019, has been extended to August 31, 2019. This amendment is made under the authority of section 148 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following the recommendations of the Council.
