of <h1>Central Govt Extends E-way Bill Blocking/Unblocking Activation Date to November 21, 2019, u/r 138E CGST Rules.</h1> The Central Government has amended the notification regarding the implementation of the blocking and unblocking of the e-way bill facility under Rule 138E of the CGST Rules, 2017. The effective date for this facility has been extended from August 21, 2019, to November 21, 2019. This decision was made in the public interest, following recommendations from the Council. The amendment modifies the earlier notification No. 22/2019-Central Tax, originally issued on April 23, 2019, and subsequently amended on June 21, 2019.
