Issued by the Governor under section 164 of the Uttar Pradesh GST Act, 2017, it changes the effective date in Notification No. KA.NI-2-829/XI-9(42)/17-U.P.G.S.T Rules-2017-Order-(40)-2019 from '21st day of June, 2019' to '21st day of August, 2019.' This amendment is deemed necessary in the public interest, following recommendations from the Council.
