of <h1>Uttar Pradesh sets October 31, 2019, deadline for GSTR-1 submission for businesses with turnover over 1.5 crore.</h1> The notification issued by the Uttar Pradesh government prescribes the due date for registered persons with an aggregate turnover exceeding 1.5 crore rupees to furnish FORM GSTR-1 for the quarter of July to September 2019. As per the notification, these registered persons must submit the details of their outward supply of goods or services by October 31, 2019. The notification also mentions that the time limits for furnishing details or returns under specific sections of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, for the specified months will be announced later in the Gazette.
