        <h1>Tamil Nadu Extends GST CMP-08 Filing Deadline for April-June 2019 Quarter to July 31, 2019 Under Amended Notification.</h1> The Government of Tamil Nadu, exercising powers under the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification No. II(2)/CTR/301 (f-2)/2019. The amendment, recommended by the Council, modifies paragraph 2 of the original notification to extend the due date for submitting the statement of self-assessed tax payments in FORM GST CMP-08 for the quarter from April 2019 to June 2019. The new deadline is set for July 31, 2019.
