of <h1>Nagaland GST Extends 2017-2018 Annual Return Deadline to June 30, 2019, Due to Filing System Delays.</h1> The Nagaland Goods and Services Tax (Third Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2018, issued by the Finance Department, addresses the delay in the electronic filing system for annual returns under the Nagaland GST Act, 2017. Due to the system's incomplete operational status, registered persons could not submit their annual returns for the period from July 1, 2017, to March 31, 2018. To resolve this, the deadline for filing these returns has been extended from March 31, 2019, to June 30, 2019, as authorized by section 172 of the Nagaland GST Act, 2017.
