of <h1>West Bengal extends deadline for FORM GST CMP-08 submission for April-June 2019 quarter to August 31, 2019.</h1> The Government of West Bengal has issued a notification to extend the deadline for submitting FORM GST CMP-08 for the quarter of April to June 2019. The new deadline is now set for August 31, 2019, replacing the previous deadline of July 31, 2019. This amendment is made under the authority of section 148 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following the Council's recommendations. The notification was issued by the Finance Department, Revenue, and signed by the Additional Secretary to the Government of West Bengal.
