of <h1>Maharashtra Extends GST CMP-08 Filing Deadline for April-June 2019 to July 31, 2019 under Notification No. 34/2019.</h1> The Government of Maharashtra, under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification No. 21/2019-State Tax, dated April 23, 2019. This amendment, issued as Notification No. 34/2019-State Tax, extends the deadline for submitting the statement of self-assessed tax payments in FORM GST CMP-08 for the period from April to June 2019. The new due date is set for July 31, 2019. This amendment is made on the Council's recommendation and is ordered by the Deputy Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra.
