of <h1>Puducherry GST Order 2018 Extends Annual Return Filing Deadline to March 31, 2019, Due to E-Filing Delays.</h1> The Puducherry Goods and Services Tax (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2018, addresses challenges in filing annual returns under the Puducherry GST Act, 2017. Due to delays in developing the electronic filing system, registered persons could not submit returns for the period from July 1, 2017, to March 31, 2018, by the original deadline. To resolve this, the Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry, following the Council's recommendations, has extended the deadline for submitting these annual returns to March 31, 2019.
