According to the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, and the Puducherry Goods and Services Act, 2017, the Commissioner of State Tax mandates that the returns be filed electronically via the common portal by the 20th of the month following each respective month. Tax liabilities, including interest, penalties, and fees, must be settled by debiting the electronic cash or credit ledger by the specified due date.
