of <h1>Jharkhand Sets July 31, 2019 Deadline for GSTR-1 Filing for Turnover Above 1.5 Crore for July-Sept 2019.</h1> The Government of Jharkhand has issued a notification prescribing the due date for registered persons with an aggregate turnover of more than 1.5 crore rupees to furnish FORM GSTR-1 for the months of July to September 2019. Under the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, these registered persons must report the details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1 by 31st July 2019. The notification, effective from 7th March 2019, also states that the time limits for furnishing details for the months of July 2017 to June 2019 will be announced later in the Official Gazette.
