of <h1>Assam Government Amends GST Notification; Changes Dates in Serial Number 3 and Annexure IV Retroactively to May 10, 2019.</h1> The Government of Assam has issued Notification No. 10/2019-STATE TAX (RATE) dated June 11, 2019, amending a previous notification from June 29, 2017, under the Assam Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendments involve changes to serial number 3 in the Table and Annexure IV, substituting the figures and letters '10th' with '20th' wherever they appear. These amendments are made in the public interest and are effective retroactively from May 10, 2019. The notification is authorized by the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Assam, Finance Department.
