of <h1>Tamil Nadu Rescinds 2018 GST Notification; Changes Effective June 2019, Past Actions Unaffected.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, Tamil Nadu, has rescinded Notification No.10/2018 (Rc. 258/2018/Taxation/A3, dated 20th June 2018) under the authority of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This rescission is effective from 1st June 2019, but does not affect actions taken or omitted prior to this date. The notification was issued under Rc.No. 258/2018/P&P/A3/No.9/2019, dated 28th June 2019, by the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes in Chennai.
