of <h1>Rajasthan GST Act: Registered Persons with Turnover up to Rs. 1.5 Crore Must File GSTR-1 by Oct 31, 2019.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan, under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, mandates registered persons with an aggregate turnover of up to 1.5 crore rupees to submit details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1 for the quarter of July to September 2019 by October 31, 2019. This notification specifies the special procedure for these registered persons. The deadlines for furnishing returns under sections 38(2) and 39(1) for the same period will be announced later in the Official Gazette.
