This decision is authorized under Section 164 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification, issued by the Commercial Tax Department, was formalized on June 29, 2019, and is executed in the name of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh by the Deputy Secretary.
