of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Updates Notification No.28/2018: Corrects Rule Reference from 138 to 138C in Tax Document.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh issued a corrigendum to Notification No.28/2018-State Tax dated 3rd July 2018. The correction pertains to the wording in the notification published in the Himachal Pradesh e-gazette on 4th July 2018. Specifically, the reference to 'in rule 138' in clause (ii) of paragraph 2 on page 2940 should be corrected to 'in rule 138C.' This amendment is authorized by the Principal Secretary of the Excise and Taxation Department of Himachal Pradesh.
