of <h1>West Bengal sets October 31, 2019, deadline for small businesses to file GSTR-1 for July-September quarter.</h1> The notification issued by the Government of West Bengal prescribes the due date for registered persons with an aggregate turnover of up to 1.5 crore rupees to furnish FORM GSTR-1 for the quarter of July to September 2019. These registered persons must submit their details of outward supply of goods or services by October 31, 2019, as per the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The notification is enacted under the authority of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, with further details on time limits for returns to be announced in the Official Gazette.
