Gujarat Tax Notifications Amended: Corrections in Proviso References for 2018 and 2019 Notifications.

The corrigendum issued by the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Gujarat, amends two previous notifications. In Notification No. 47/2018-State Tax dated September 10, 2018, the term "second proviso" is corrected to "proviso" in the second paragraph. Similarly, in Notification No. 70/2018-State Tax dated January 1, 2019, the term "third proviso" is corrected to "second proviso" in the second paragraph. These amendments are formalized under reference number GSL/S.168/B.28, dated June 25, 2019.
