of <h1>Kerala Flood Cess Implementation Date Changed to August 1, 2019, Under Kerala Finance Bill 2019 Amendment.</h1> The Government of Kerala has amended the implementation date for the Kerala Flood Cess from July 1, 2019, to August 1, 2019. This decision was made under the powers conferred by the Kerala Finance Bill, 2019, and is deemed necessary in the public interest. The amendment modifies the previous notification issued on May 25, 2019. The Kerala Flood Cess will now be levied and collected starting from August 1, 2019, as per the revised government order.
