of <h1>Tripura GST Amendment Act 2018 Enforced from Feb 1, 2019; Select Provisions Excluded from Implementation.</h1> The notification from the Government of Tripura, Finance Department, announces the enforcement of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2018, effective from February 1, 2019. This enactment, under Tripura Act No. 13 of 2018, excludes specific provisions, namely sub-section (2) of section 8, section 17, section 18, and sub-section (1) of section 20, from coming into force. The notification is issued by the Joint Secretary of the Finance Department, under the authority of the Governor.
