of <h1>Tripura Updates Composition Scheme Tax Rates Under TSGST Act, 2017, Effective February 1, 2019, Aligning with Rule 7.</h1> The Government of Tripura has issued amendments to its previous notification concerning the Composition Scheme under the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (TSGST) Act, 2017. Effective from February 1, 2019, these amendments align the tax rates with Rule 7 of the TSGST Rules, 2017. The changes replace the previous calculation method for taxable supplies of goods with a new rate as specified in the rules. This notification follows recommendations from the Council and updates the original notification dated June 29, 2017, which was last amended on January 1, 2018.
