of <h1>Andhra Pradesh GST Act: Special Procedure for Composition Tax Payment Requires Quarterly and Annual Returns Submission.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh, under the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has issued a notification prescribing a special procedure for certain registered persons opting for composition tax payment. These individuals must submit a quarterly statement of self-assessed tax using FORM GST CMP-08 by the 18th of the month following each quarter. Additionally, they must file an annual return in FORM GSTR-4 by April 30th of the following financial year. Compliance with these requirements fulfills the obligations under Sections 37 and 39 of the Act for those benefiting from this special procedure.
